Mmm, nice. Very effective use of selective sharpness and different textural effects. She seems a little compressed depth-wise from the neck down, IMO.

Well painted! Very good facial anatomy! My only critique is that the shading on her neck makes it look flat. I think you should widen the highlighted area a little, to make the neck more round. Still, good work!
